1. What does the platform do?

The mobile platform gives the ability to streamline your back-office and field operations.

2. Who is the platform used for?

We have 2 versions:

Solo business owners who have limited help and have to get all things done on their own.Businesses who have multiple users-some in the back-office and some out in the field.

3. What features does the platform include?

The basic platform includes Estimates, Invoices, Expense management, Products & Services. You can process payments with any of the following: Stripe, Square, and Authorize.

You can add-on modules like Service Agreement, Work Order, Recurring Invoices, and Inventory to the above list.

4. Do I need to purchase separate hardware to use the platform?

We don’t want to burden you with “specific” devices only. We truly believe in “BYOD”. Yes, Bring Your Own Device-Android, iOS, laptop, or tablet.

5. Do I get training if I need it?

We are building the platform so as to make your experience extremely user-friendly.  The platform is very intuitive in itself. However, if you do need help, simply send us a note at support@invoicehood.com and we will be glad to help.

6. Would you help in migrating my data into the platform?

We understand how important data is for your business. We do provide assistance in data migration. You can reach us at support@invoicehood.com and we will help you out with the best practices.

7. Our business needs a new website, can you help?

The website is your virtual showroom and provides a peek to the customers about your service offerings. Our professional services team can certainly recommend you the best solution. Please do contact support@invoicehood.com.

8. Do you offer leads to HVAC & Plumbing businesses?

Yes. We do have a program through which we are able to help our customers with leads. Write to us at support@invoicehood.com and we will set you up with the necessary information.

9. I have a problem with the product?

We strive to make the platform bug-free before rolling it out with new features. However, issues can come up and would need fixes. We understand that and we will do everything within our reach to make sure your business operations have the least impact during such downtime if encountered.
